Steve Gadomski, UeQuest CEO is an Employee Benefits executive and business owner with broad experience in all aspects of sales, marketing and financial management. His engagement in the employee benefits arena made him acutely aware of the need for and importance of employee wellness programs. He responded to the need by calling together a highly qualified team of wellness professionals to address the growing need for company wellness programs and launched UeQuest as a vehicle for this wellness initiative.

Steve is also Founder/CEO of VantagePoint Benefits Advisors, Inc. MBA Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, BS Indiana University. Worked in several Senior Sales/Marketing Management capacities with Motorola, Genlyte and Juno Lighting. Resides in Killdeer, IL with wife Terrie & Father of Jake & Matthew. Interests include Golf, fitness, baseball, family, friends, wine and music. Active in various charities including Make a Wish. Grew up in Allentown, PA.
